The 60-Day Risk-Free Promise
We want you to decide in your own mirror. That's why every Galbé order is backed by a 60-day, no-questions-asked guarantee. Use it as part of your daily ritual for a full 60 days. If you're not happy for any reason, return it for a refund — even if it's been opened and used.
How to start a return
Email support@facecatchup.com with your order number and we'll send you simple return instructions within 1-2 business days. Please start your return within 60 days of your delivery date.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your Galbé arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.
Limited warranty
Galbé is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear. To make a warranty claim, contact support@facecatchup.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
